This afternoon we will be having a tasting from Eating Primal. They will be in the gym all afternoon so you can try out their sweet meal options.

 

WORKOUT

1. Every 90 Sec x 9 sets (12 mins). Snatch + 2 Hang Snatch. Add as you wish. First set at 65%.

 

2. Every 3 mins for 5 sets.
