1. 3 x 10 Single Leg Front Rack Step Ups each Side – All sets at 90% + of last times 10 rep weight. (15 mins)

If you did not do 10 rep max from Friday, April 12th then attempt it today. To do this, complete first set at 25% of 1 rep max Back Squat or 20% of 1 rep max Deadlift. (15 mins)

2. In teams of 3, with a 10 min clock:

100/70 cal bike
