1. 3 x 10 Single Leg Step Ups each Side – All sets at 90% of last times 10 rep max.

If you did not do 10 rep max from Friday, April 12th then attempt it today. To do this, complete first set at 25% of 1 rep max Back Squat or 20% of 1 rep max Deadlift. (15 mins)

2. 8 min AMRAP Of:

12 Deadlift (225/155)

10 DB Front Squats (2 x 50/35)
