Between Attempts: 6 Strict C2B Pull Ups – with hollow. (minimum of 5 sets)

 

2. 4 Rounds Of: (1 min rest between rounds)

With a 3 min Clock:

12 Push Jerks (135/95)

12 Front Squats (135/95)

12 Power Cleans (135/95)

In remaining time Max Burpees
