CrossFit Broadway delivers the CrossFit program exactly as it is intended. The stimulus provided are by design, constantly varied, using functional movements, performed at a high intensity. Our specialty is not specializing and our goal is constant progress. Step 1

Call, email, or simply show up to any FIT class on the schedule. Your Free FIT Week is valid for any FIT class on the schedule. FIT was designed so that you can join in on your first day. We teach you the movements needed during the class. New to working out? People new to working out can join right in on their first day. Check our our FIT page for more information about this Boot Camp Style program in Denver which helps you burn around 900 calories per hour. There is nothing like it in Denver!

NEW TO CROSSFIT | INTERESTED IN CROSSFIT?

Step 1

Call or email us to schedule your FREE introductory Session. This session is completely free of charge and will give you a great introduction into the CrossFit world. During this Introductory session, we will answer any questions you have about starting CrossFit.

1. Show up 15 minutes before class starts to sign in.
2. Wear anything you’re comfortable sweating in! No Dress Code here!
3. Bring water! You’re going to be thirsty after, if not during your class.

Step 2

Once you’ve completed your FREE Introductory Session at our CrossFit Gym in Denver, the next step is to participate in the Elements Course.

The Elements course will introduce you to all the fundamental CrossFit movements; the squat, front squat and overhead squat. The press, push press and push jerk. The deadlift, sumo deadlift high pull, cleans & snatch. As well as teaching new movements during each class we will work on flexibility, balance, nutrition as well as have a short, medium intensity work out to prepare you for regular CrossFit classes in Denver.

The Elements course is completed in 4 private one on one sessions. This ensures you get the best coaching available for you as an individual. We can work these 4 classes to meet the demands of your schedule. Just let us know the days and times that work best for you and we can get you set up with one of our coaches.

The cost of the Private Elements course is $200. This includes the 4 one on one sessions as well as 2 free weeks of Unlimited CrossFit classes following your last Elements class. If you would like to do this as a couple the rate is only $150 each person.

EXPERIENCED CROSSFITTER

Call or email to try a FREE class at our CrossFit Gym in Denver. If you’ve found us as an experienced CrossFitter, then you’ve heard about our reputation. Come experience the difference! We do require a reservation for any new CrossFitter to our gym.

To get started at our Denver CrossFit Gym you need a great beginner’s class focused on people who are new to CrossFit, trying to lose weight, and want to get in shape.  This beginner’s class, called “Elements” is the perfect way to get started.

When you start CrossFit at Broadway, you get the benefit of starting without contracts. We alway have a month to month CrossFit membership option.
