Elements

Once you’ve completed your FREE Introductory Session at CrossFit Broadway in Denver, the next step is to attend the Elements course.

Elements is designed for a beginner to CrossFit. It is the best beginner’s CrossFit course in Denver because it is the only CrossFit class around to be spread out over three weeks. During these nine sessions, we will teach you a set of movements used in CrossFit, work on flexibility and have a short to medium intensity workout designed to prepare you for our regular CrossFit classes.

During this course we introduce you to all the fundamental CrossFit movements; the squat, front squat and overhead squat. The press, push press and push jerk. The deadlift, sumo deadlift high pull, cleans & snatch. We will also address nutrition for those people interested in adjusting their diets. The pace is just right for anyone new to fitness, new to CrossFit, or new to working out.

Elements Classes

The Elements course is completed in 4 private one on one sessions. This ensures you get the best coaching available for you as an individual. We can work these 4 classes to meet the demands of your schedule. Just let us know the days and times that work best for you and we can get you set up with one of our coaches.

The cost of the Private Elements course is $200. This includes the 4 one on one sessions as well as 2 free weeks of Unlimited CrossFit classes following your last Elements class.If you would like to do this as a couple the rate is only $150 each person. Contact jason@crossfitbroadway.com to schedule your one on one sessions.

Once you’re registered, simply show up to the class you’ve registered for.

1. Show up 15 minutes before class starts to sign in.
2. Wear anything you’re comfortable sweating in! No Dress Code here!
3. Bring water! You’re going to be thirsty after, if not during your class.
